Debbie Porter Coaching is the trading name of Debbie Porter. This notice explains how I collect and use your personal information.

I may collect your name and contact details, information you provide when making an enquiry, and records relating to appointments, payments and coaching.

Please don’t include sensitive personal information in the website contact form.

How I use your information

I use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange and provide coaching, manage payments and business records, and meet my legal obligations.

I do this where necessary to respond to your request, provide an agreed service, comply with the law, or pursue my legitimate interests in operating my business.

Sharing and storing information

I don’t sell your information. I may share it with trusted providers that help me operate my business, such as Squarespace and my email, document-storage, appointment, video-call and payment providers.

Some providers may process information outside the UK using appropriate data-protection safeguards. I may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm.

I keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide my services and meet legal, tax and insurance requirements.

Your rights

You may have rights over your personal information, including asking to access, correct or delete it, or object to how it is used.
